Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Nova Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Spokane. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
