Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Quarry Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Spokane. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
