Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
