Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Spokane working with agencies and riders, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service alerts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
