Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Mill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Spokane, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in equipment calibration and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
