Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
