Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Cross Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Spokane focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
