Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Lantern Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
