Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Nova Ember Markets Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on store inventory. • Python or R for analysis.
