Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
