Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Basin Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Seattle. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
