Data Analyst - customer trends (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fox Pharma Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
