Data Analyst - customer trends (Savannah, GA)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Savannah. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
