Data Analyst - customer trends (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Savannah area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
