Data Analyst - customer trends (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
