Data Analyst - customer trends (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
