Data Analyst - customer trends (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Fern Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in San Jose, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
