Data Analyst - customer trends (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Field Auto Group is a San Jose company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
