Data Analyst - customer trends (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Jose, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
