Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Willow Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in San Diego, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
