Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Ivory Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on constituent requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
