Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Haven Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
