Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes.
