Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Diego, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
