Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
