Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Nova Junction Staffing Group places workers with employers around San Diego. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 216 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
