Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Nest Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
