Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around San Antonio. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
