Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
