Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Summit Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
