Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Antonio. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Families are partners. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
