Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Property Management Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 672 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
