Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on route schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
