Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Meridian Foods produces packaged foods at its San Antonio plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in sanitation schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
