Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge North Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
