Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Drift Legal Group provides legal services in San Antonio across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 331 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
