Data Analyst - customer trends (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis.
