Data Analyst - customer trends (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Salt Lake City, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
