Data Analyst - customer trends (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
