Data Analyst - customer trends (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit River Staffing is a Salt Lake City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
