Data Analyst - customer trends (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Rook Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
