Data Analyst - customer trends (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Meadow Water Authority Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
