Data Analyst - customer trends (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar River Early Learning runs childcare centres in Sacramento caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
