Data Analyst - customer trends (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Wren Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
