Data Analyst - customer trends (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Pine Markets is a Sacramento retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in store inventory and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
