Data Analyst - customer trends (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Cobalt Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
