Data Analyst - customer trends (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Lakeside Farms Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
