Data Analyst - customer trends (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Cross Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 574 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
