Data Analyst - customer trends (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Glen Health Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 938 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis.
