Data Analyst - customer trends (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Juniper Freight is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
